I was previously a fellow at the London School of Economics Department of International Relations. I received a PhD in Political Science from the University of Toronto, with concentrations in international relations and comparative politics, advised by Antoinette Handley, Mark Manger, and Lou Pauly. From 2017-2019 I worked with the Collaborative African Budget Reform Initiative (CABRI), helping design and report on a new Africa Debt Monitor database (ADM).
