I am an incoming Lecturer (Assistant Professor) and Chancellor’s Fellow at the University of Strathclyde School of Government and Public Policy. I study the International Political Economy of finance and development, with interests in sovereign debt, financial markets, capital flows, government transparency, loan conditionality, aid, development policy, international organizations, and global economic governance. Related work has appeared in British Journal of Political Science, Governance, Review of International Organizations, Review of Policy Research, Third World Quarterly, and other outlets. I also teach graduate and undergraduate courses on international and comparative political economy, politics, and development.
