I am a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) and Chancellor’s Fellow at the University of Strathclyde School of Government and Public Policy. I study the International Political Economy of finance and development, interested in sovereign debt, financial markets, capital flows, government transparency, aid, loan conditions, development policy, and international organizations. Related work is in British Journal of Political Science, Governance, Review of International Organizations, Review of Policy Research, Third World Quarterly, and other outlets. I also teach graduate and undergraduate courses on international and comparative political economy, politics, and development.
